Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of glownexxus.com (“GlowNexxus”), operated by COSProfessionals, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“GlowNexxus”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, booking or buying through GlowNexxus, registering as a vendor or wholesaler, calling our business line, or browsing the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use GlowNexxus.

1. What GlowNexxus is

GlowNexxus is an online marketplace and community that connects customers with independent stylists, salons, beauty instructors and wholesale suppliers (“Vendors”). Vendors list and sell their own services and products. GlowNexxus provides the platform, booking tools and payment processing, but is not a party to the service or sale between a customer and a Vendor, except as described in these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Booking and buying (customers)

• Prices, service details, availability, and cancellation and rescheduling rules are set by each Vendor and shown on their listing or booking page.
• Payment is taken through GlowNexxus at checkout or as shown on the listing.
• Vendors are responsible for the services and products they provide, including quality, licensing, health and safety. Please raise problems with the Vendor first. If you cannot resolve them, contact us and we will help where we can.
• Refunds follow the Vendor’s posted policy. Refunds that are approved are issued to the original payment method.

4. Selling on GlowNexxus (Vendors and wholesalers)

• You must hold any licenses, permits and insurance your work requires, and comply with all laws that apply to your services and products, including cosmetology, sanitation, consumer protection and tax laws.
• Your listings must be accurate, and you must honor the prices, bookings and policies you publish.
• GlowNexxus charges the commissions and fees shown in your vendor dashboard or vendor agreement. We may change them for future sales with notice.
• Payouts are made through our payment processor after deducting commissions, fees, refunds and chargebacks.
• You are an independent business, not an employee, agent or partner of GlowNexxus.
• We may review, edit for format, or remove listings, and suspend vendor accounts that break these Terms or receive repeated valid complaints.

5. Community and reviews

Posts, messages, photos and reviews must be honest, lawful and respectful. Do not post content you do not have the right to share, fake reviews, or content that harasses, discriminates or misleads. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse GlowNexxus, including by trying to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to access, scraping the site, sending spam, taking transactions off-platform to avoid fees after connecting through GlowNexxus, or using the site for anything unlawful.

7. Phone calls and AI assistant

Calls to our business line, (469) 238-1342, are answered by an AI phone assistant that identifies itself as an AI. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can help you. The assistant can answer questions and pass messages to our team, but it cannot change bookings, payments or these Terms.

8. Text messaging (SMS) program

Program: GlowNexxus Text Messages.

What you receive: if you agree to receive texts, we send messages about your bookings and requests. Customers who check the optional text box at checkout receive appointment confirmations, a reminder about 24 hours before, and cancellation notices. Stylists and vendors who check the box at registration or turn on Booking texts in their dashboard receive new-booking alerts, reminders and cancellations. If you say yes when our phone assistant asks during a call, we text the links or information you asked for. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately opt in to the optional GlowNexxus marketing program described below.

Frequency and cost: message frequency varies, usually two or three messages per appointment and one to three per phone conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, then no more. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (469) 238-1342.

Consent is optional: agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase, booking or vendor account.

Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Intellectual property

The GlowNexxus name, logo, site design and content belong to us or our licensors. Vendors and users keep ownership of the photos and content they upload, and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote it on GlowNexxus and in marketing for the marketplace while it is posted.

10. Disclaimers

GlowNexxus is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of Vendor services or products, the accuracy of listings, or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GlowNexxus and COSProfessionals, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for injuries, losses or disputes arising from services or products provided by Vendors. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees GlowNexxus received from the transaction in question, or US $100 if there is no transaction.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify GlowNexxus against claims arising from your services or products (if you are a Vendor), your content, your misuse of GlowNexxus, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Pending bookings, payouts and refunds will be handled fairly when an account closes.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
