In short: we use your information only to provide and improve our services to you. We never sell your personal information, including your phone number, to anyone.

This Privacy Policy explains how GlowNexxus (glownexxus.com), operated by COSProfessionals, LLC (“GlowNexxus”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses and shares information when you use our marketplace, book a stylist, sell as a vendor or wholesaler, join the community, or call our business line.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details: name, username, email address, password and profile details.
• Vendor and wholesaler details: shop or business name, phone number, address or service area, services and products, prices, availability, photos, and payout information. Payouts are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full bank or card numbers.
• Bookings and orders: the services or products you book or buy, appointment times, notes you leave for a stylist, and shipping or contact details needed to fulfill them.
• Payment details: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Community content: posts, comments, reviews, messages and photos you share.
• Phone calls: calls to (469) 238-1342 are answered by our AI phone assistant, which tells you it is an AI. Calls may be recorded and transcribed.
• Text-message consent: whether you agreed to receive texts from us, and when.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, searches, bookings started, and similar activity.
• Device data: browser type, operating system and general location from your connection.
• Cookies: cookies keep you signed in, hold your cart, and help us understand how the site is used.

2. How we use information

• To run the marketplace: create accounts, list vendors, take bookings and orders, process payments and payouts, and send confirmations.
• To connect customers with stylists, salons and wholesalers. When you book or buy, we share the details needed to fulfill it with that vendor.
• To answer questions and support requests, including by phone and, if you agreed, by text.
• To keep GlowNexxus safe: prevent fraud and abuse, verify vendors, and enforce our Terms.
• To improve the marketplace, using usage data in aggregate.
• To send service emails such as receipts, booking reminders and password resets. If you opt in to newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we share information

We share information only:

• With vendors you deal with: a stylist, salon or wholesaler receives your name, contact details and booking or order details so they can serve you. Vendors are independent businesses and handle that information under their own practices.
• With service providers that help us run GlowNexxus, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and phone and messaging providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
• Publicly, for content you choose to post, such as reviews, vendor profiles and community posts.
• For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or GlowNexxus.
• In a business transfer, if GlowNexxus is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, GlowNexxus sends text messages about your bookings and requests: appointment confirmations, reminders and cancellations for customers, new-booking alerts for stylists and vendors, and links or information you asked for during a call. Texts include the service, time and first name with last initial, never full phone numbers or email addresses. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately opt in to the optional GlowNexxus marketing program described below. Message frequency varies, usually two or three messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help. Stylists can also turn texts off in their dashboard.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep account, booking and order information while your account is open and for as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes. Call recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Lead details used for phone and text follow-ups are deleted from our follow-up system within a few days.

6. Your choices and rights

• Update your profile, shop details and email preferences from your account.
• Ask us for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link.
• Texas residents and residents of other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, such as appealing a decision we make about a request. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

We will respond to verified requests within the time the law requires.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

GlowNexxus accounts are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
