**Kwame Salon Terms and Conditions**
Welcome to Kwame Salon. We are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service. When you book an appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. **Appointment Booking**: Appointments can be booked in person, over the phone, or through our online booking system. A contact number and, where applicable, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
2. **Cancellation Policy**: We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 1 day (24 hours) prior to the appointment time.
3. **Late Cancellations**: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, Kwame Salon reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
4. **No-Shows**: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, Kwame Salon reserves the right to charge the full amount of the scheduled service.
5. **Late Arrivals**: To ensure that we deliver the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or adjusted service, or may require rescheduling.
6. **Service Satisfaction**: Kwame Salon strives to provide the highest quality services. If you are dissatisfied with any service you receive, please inform a staff member during your visit. We will do our best to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
7. **Pricing**: Prices for services at Kwame Salon are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep our pricing up-to-date and accurate.
8. **Personal Items**: Kwame Salon is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in the salon.
9. **Children and Additional Guests**: For the comfort and safety of all clients, children and additional guests are allowed in Kwame Salon only when receiving services or under adult supervision.
10. **Health and Safety**: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service when making your appointment.
11. **Right to Refuse Service**: Kwame Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
12. **Amendments to Terms and Conditions**: Kwame Salon reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
