Setting Up Bookable Services on Glownexxus
Transform your beauty services into easy-to-book appointments that clients can reserve 24/7 on the Glownexxus platform.
Step 1: Access Your Vendor Dashboard
- Log in to your Glownexxus vendor account
- Navigate to Vendor Dashboard → Services
- Click Add New Service to begin creating your bookable offering
Step 2: Set Up Your Service Details
- Service Title – Create a clear, descriptive name (e.g., “Full Hair Color & Cut”)
- Description – Write compelling details about what clients can expect
- Images – Upload high-quality photos showcasing your work
- Pricing – Set your service rates and any package deals
- Categories – Select appropriate tags (Hair, Nails, Skincare, etc.)
- Service Type – Choose Bookable Service from the dropdown menu
Step 3: Configure Your Booking Settings
- Service Duration – Set appointment lengths (30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.)
- Availability Calendar – Define your available days, times, and blocked-out periods
- Buffer Time – Add gaps between appointments for cleanup and preparation
- Client Capacity – Set minimum and maximum clients per appointment slot
- Location Options – Specify if you offer in-salon, mobile, or both service types
- Required Resources – Add any special equipment or staff needed for the service
Step 4: Set Pricing & Policies
- Base Service Cost – Your standard rate for the appointment
- Additional Person Pricing – Extra charges for group bookings (if applicable)
- Cancellation Policy – Define your rescheduling and refund rules
- Deposit Requirements – Set upfront payment amounts to secure bookings
Step 5: Publish Your Service
- Review all settings under the Booking Configuration tab
- Preview how your service will appear to clients
- Click Publish Service to make it live on Glownexxus
- Your bookable service is now available for client reservations!
